After visiting the Amalfi Coast last year, Caryn and David returned to Positano for a spring wedding at Villa San Giacomo.

The bright colours of Spring in Positano

One of the reasons that led Caryn and Ravid to choose Italy and the Amalfi coast as a destination for their spring wedding at Villa San Giacomo, was the bright colours and lush vegetation that frame Positano at this wonderful time of the year.

To this add the panoramic views that can be admired from Villa San Giacomo, which remains one of the most fascinating locations in Positano.

The majolica floors, the pastel-colored walls, the large terracotta amphorae that house wonderful in-bloom geraniums and the panoramic terrace, make this Villa an exclusive place, ideal for intimate destination weddings celebrated in the presence of family members and close friends.

Brightness and elegance for this Spring wedding at Villa San Giacomo

We found Caryn and Ravid at Villa San Giacomo.

A very young couple, struggling with their wedding preparations in the company of their family and friends.

David opted for an informal and, at the same time, chic look, wearing a blue suit by Dolce and Gabbana paired with black Prada shoes, but without a tie.

Caryn instead wore "Ellie", a wonderful and seductive mermaid dress, made of silk tulle and exquisitely embroidered lace, with wide embroidered sleeves and a long tail, from the Swan Lake collection by Lee Petra Grebenau. For footwear, Empira a romantic open lace boot designed by Christian Louboutin, with an elegant teardrop shape accentuated by two handmade leather bows.

To complete the look a natural and luminous makeup and the hair loose in soft waves along the back, all created the magic hands of Beauty Livery.

A styling inspired by the Amalfi Coast

The entire event took place at the magnificent Villa San Giacomo, with a ceremony celebrated on the panoramic terrace with the sea in the background and a magnificent panoramic view of Positano with a romantic outdoor dinner.

Villa San Giacomo also served as the main setting for a brief session of portraits of Caryn and Ravid.

The styling of the event was very much inspired by the Amalfi Coast with the wedding stationery and decorations in shades of pastel blue contrasted by the lively yellow of the lemons, with a bouquet of white and coral-coloured peonies, completed by the elegant imperial table decorated with a long central border of  green and yellow flowers creating a lively contrast with the predominantly white table setting.

The entire event was planned by the great team of Regency San Marino.

After dinner, we moved to the adjacent garden to cut the cake, with the backdrop of the thousands of lights of the coastal evening.

Meanwhile, the dinner area was transformed into a striking dance set, which hosted Caryn and Ravid's first dance.
