The magic of September for a destination wedding in Ravello

September is one of the best months to visit the Amalfi coast and Ravello.

You can still enjoy the sun and the sea, but at the same time you begin to breathe the milder air of the approaching Autumn. The colours of the vegetation are still lush and vibrant under the golden light of the sun as sunset approaches.

When Kendal and Wayne decided on a destination wedding in Ravello, Villa Cimbrone seemed the perfect place with its flower gardens, fountains, the secular trees that surround it and the unique view of the world that the Terrace of the Infinite offers.

And it is here that they wanted to bring together their family and friends to celebrate a romantic wedding in a classic and elegant style.

A styling based on elegance and simplicity

Elegance and simplicity are certainly the characteristics that made the most of the styling of the entire event, starting with the impeccable look of Kendal and Wayne.

The bride relied on the sober and refined style of Sachin and Babi for a simple dress, but at the same time romantic and elegant ideally suited to her figure. With a wide V-neckline, a waistband and a soft skirt with embossed floral embroidery, this dress gave Kendal lightness and simplicity, features that were also highlighted in the choice of the hairstyle created by Alessandro Mancino.

 To finish she wore, pretty blush-coloured satin sandals, with an ankle strap and decorated open toe, in keeping with the powder pink hue that dominated the rest of the decorations.

Wayne in contrast wore a black tuxedo, giving an elegant but sober look perfectly in harmony with his bride.

The styling of the event was therefore inspired by the light shades of powder pink and white.

Both the bouquet and the floral decorations, made by Armando Malafronte, were made with light pink David Austin roses, English roses, white and light pink hydrangeas and Delphinium.

The entire event took place at Villa Cimbrone.

From the preparation in the elegant and evocative suites, to the moving ceremony in the Tea Room garden, and then on to dinner at the fascinating crypt.

After the ceremony, we entertained the young couple for a photo session in the evocative setting of the gardens of this villa, accompanied by the warm and romantic light of the September sun.

The dinner took place in the crypt, where an elegant imperial table had been set up, whose pastel shades were highlighted by the spectacular deep blue of the evening sky.
