Von and Virgilio fell helplessly in love with Ravello from the very moment they first visited the setting, choosing Villa Cimbrone as their venue for their two-day celebration.

Villa Cimbrone is recognised as one of the most romantic locations on the coastline, filled with architectural delights, far-reaching sights and beautifully manicured gardens. As luxury wedding photographers, it is always a pleasure to document love stories at this magnificent Ravello wedding venue.

Von and Virgilio's nuptials began with an intimate photoshoot at The Belmond Hotel Caruso, standing at the very edge of the famou infinity pool. The backdrop is truly iconic - not to mention a photographer's dream! The grooms donned understated yet stylish navy blue suits, looking incredibly smart as they welcomed their guests to Villa Cimbrone for the wedding ceremony and reception. Stunning floral design by Armando Malafronte encompassed traditional Italian vibes, with a sensational tablescape filled with an array of lemons, traditional miniature citrus trees and pops of zesty yellow and orange throughout. Ceci New Yor was on hand to craft their wedding stationery designs, carefully considering the traditional Italian theme. Von and Virgilio wined, dined and made memories with their favourite people under twinkling festoon lighting.  As the sun set on the first day of celebration, champagne was topped up as everybody prepared for the next day.

This extraordinary Ravello wedding venue is perfect for outdoor weddings, and even a raindrop or two detract from the magic of Von and Virgilio's wedding day. The couple chose to spend the morning getting ready together, opting for a navy suit teamed with a classic buttonhole. Soon to say, 'I Do'. they made their way to the ceremony hand in hand - you could just feel the love. The wedding ceremony archway was beautifully adorned with unique flower arrangements, with the exquisite floral theme showcasing throughout the entire event.

Von and Virgilio invited their loved ones to sit and dine with them under jaw-droppingly stunning floral archways, sparkling hanging lights and those unforgettable views. Lara and wedding planning the team at Exclusive Italy Weddings had planning a magnificent day, allowing Von and Virgilio’s personalities and style to effortlessly shine through. As the night drew in, the DJ played, the couple and their guests danced, and the atmosphere was electric.

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Von and Virgilio’s celebration. Every detail of this two-day event was carefully curated, with heartfelt hugs, emotional speeches and the sheer love that surrounded them as a couple.
