Here at Gianni Di Natale Photographers we love looking back at our luxury wedding collection, and Lisa and Luca’s was one that immersed us into a place of enchantment and elegance. Heading over to Verona, this lovely couple chose to make the most of their celebration by holding it over three days, and we adored every second. It was filled with romance, happiness and most importantly, love. Join us as we transport back in time to this divine duo’s iconic event…
The couple chose to wine and dine their guests at Vittorio Emanuele Ristorante Café for their welcome party, and the atmosphere was vibrant! Everyone was chatting excitedly amongst themselves about the days ahead, and as Luca made a speech welcoming their favourite people to their celebration, there was a sea of smiles in the crowd.
As the morning of the wedding arrived, we were graced with the warm Italian weather, and the preparation was well underway at Villa Sigurta, a venue rich in history and romantic gardens. Lisa began to get ready, make up being gently applied before she stepped into the most exquisite strapless gown with a long train and a lace veil to complement the look. The groom looked extremely handsome as he wore traditional attire which I had the honour of capturing some solo shots before the ceremony.
The wedding planners, Italian Event Planners and Marita Campanella, had captured the couple’s personalities by uniquely decorating the venue with bright coloured furniture and radiant blooms from the talented Federica Ambrosini Design. As Lisa made her way to Luca, the steps adorned carefully curated florals and green foliage and they wed under a matching arch, it was jaw dropping for everyone there. There was a loud cheer as they had their first kiss as newlyweds and I was thrilled to capture the moment they committed to forever.
The happy couple and their guests made their way to the reception which had the most unforgettable tablescapes. The tables had chic white table clothes, overflowing vases of matching blooms, dazzling floral installations and chandeliers hung delicately in the air, all complemented with golden hues. It was one of the most outstanding receptions I had ever seen, one that I won’t forget for years to come. As the night drew on, the entertainment was equally as mesmerising, with live music from Paris Select, circus acts and fireworks as the cake was cut. It was a wedding that everyone should want to be at.
Following an utterly wonderful wedding day, the newlyweds treated their guests to a final day of celebrations at Villa Della Torre. Set amongst vineyards and secluded gardens, everyone was seated in a large marquee and spoilt with local delicacies, and superb music that was danced too underneath the warm sun. It was the perfect way to end a three-day celebration of Lisa and Luca’s ‘Happily Every After’.
A massive thank you to the wonderful couple for allowing us to capture their love story, it was truly iconic and one that we here at Gianni Di Natale Photographers will hold close to our hearts. We are passionate about bringing couples love to life through photos and welcome you to get in touch to see how we be part of your big day.
