Michel & Madison's intimate luxury wedding at the liberty-style Villa Eva will have you pack for Ravello right now! Sicilian architects were amongst the most enthusiastic proponents of the Art Nouveau movement, so much so, that they imbued all spheres of creativity, from fashion and furnishings to textiles, interior design decoration, and architecture with a distinct stylistic variant known as the Liberty Movement. And as the Florios and Whitakers turned the South of Italy into a playground for Europe's elite, the prestigious palazzi and villas brought the fin de siècle sensational beauties, among which the stunning wedding venue, the Palumbo family has been curating since 1934

Michael and Madison flew in their families and 40 loved ones from NYC to Ravello and Villa Eva, whose terraced groves, lemon trees and beautiful belle époque aesthetics are beyond the dream of prettiness and charm. Following a short journey from the main piazza on foot to the Hotel Villa Maria situated only a stone’s throw away from the Villa Eva, the couple welcomed their guests and set the mood for the big day. Early next morning at Villa Eva, Distinctive Italy Weddings, Michael and Madison's wedding planner along with florist Fioreallocello, began staging the beautiful ceremony and dinner, while Beauty Livery prepped Madison and her bridesmaids, who first toasted in their floral silk robes and then slipped into their dresses for the bridal squad portraits. Madison all radiant in her Pronovias Hollywood style wedding dress,  headed to the garden to meet Michael for their First Look session and enjoy some time alone together before the ceremony. The circular style setting with a magnificent view over the bay offered us a refreshing shade and the chance to score some gorgeous portraits of our bride and groom. Following the ceremony, local musicians dressed in whites added to the happy atmosphere and as the light began to turn peach the wedding party culminated in a luxuriant feast under the stars.  Although we can go on raving forever, we will allow the images to tell you the rest!
