Nothing could make us more exited than being witnesses of this exotic and glamourous wedding in Sardinia.

Sardinia is a truly exotic paradise, which attracts many visitors from all over the world, attracted by its unpolluted atmosphere and wild soul mixed with the distinguishing notes of  chic and glamorous tourists.
It was June 8th. A day of early summer. Before the full heat had appeared , the breeze spreads the smell of saltiness all around and the island seems to prepare itself for the lively and festive rhythms of the summer.

Beatrice Morelli and Mattia Morindo, or better still the Morindoz, brought together family and friends for an exotic and chic wedding on the Costa Smeralda.
We had the honour and the pleasure to recount this wonderful day, the organization, coordination and styling were entrusted to the refined hand of an exceptional team: Elisa Mocci Events.

For the story of this incredible event, we rely on the words of the protagonists themselves who told us about the most beautiful moment of their lives, so far!

First, however, it seems only right to pay tribute to the beauty of the Costa Smeralda and Sardinia.

Sardinia: whose wild nature and chic settings is one of the trendiest islands in Italy

Located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by the emerald-coloured sea, a coast made up of characteristic white beach coves, Sardinia strikes its visitors creating natural contrasts, made of lights and colours that make it a wild and pure territory … full of charm.

The sea undoubtedly reigns over this region, offering a spectacle of colours with different shades within the coves, along the coasts and towards the most famous beaches and places, such as the Costa Smeralda. Along this coast rise the precious Porto Cervo, also famous for its festive and lively nightlife, Porto Vecchio and Porto Rotondo, overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and populated by villas and squares in a splendid natural setting.

Right here, in Porto Rotondo, Beatrice and Mattia became “husband and wife”.

We are pleased to introduce you … the Morindoz

Beatrice

I am 26, and after various work experiences in Milan I moved back to my hometown near Lake Maggiore and was looking for my way to becoming independent. I have always loved fashion and have recently rediscovered a passion for nature and sport, but most of all I have an unbridled passion for travel which I try to do as often as I can.

Mattia

I am32 , currently working in the family business Carlo Frattini that produces kitchen and bathroom taps. I like to do many things at the same time that put me to the test and allow me to always be very active, especially in the world of design. My passions are cooking, photography and sport, especially skiing and kitesurfing.

The Morindoz

We met in Sardinia in 2008 thanks to Mattia’s brother and after two years of toing and froing we officially started seeing each other in September 2010 again in Sardinia which is our place in the heart where we both go since birth.

Me and Mattia as well as being engaged we are accomplices and friends we have many passions in common we love to play sports together, look for restaurants and shops that we like and travel. I am impetuous and passionate about something or I love it or hate it while Mattia is rational and moderate and together we always manage to push ourselves in the right direction.

The reasons of the heart for a wedding in Sardinia

Our wedding will be held in Sardinia in the church of Marinella in the residence where both Mattia and I have a house, then we will move to a splendid sea-view Villa in Porto Rotondo. We chose Sardinia because it is the place where we met and became engaged, it is the place where we have always been on vacation and is full of beautiful and positive emotions.for us.

The wedding will be elegant chic and refined without being luxurious, only family and close friends, it will be intimate and romantic, we want to capture the excitement of the day and live it with lots of happiness and freedom.

We care a lot about the details, everything will be taken care of even the smallest details by the amazing team of Elisa Mocci.

An exotic and glamorous look

The whole styling has perfectly combined the personality and vitality of Beatrice and Mattia with the nature of the place, with the colours and materials that best represent it, giving life to suggestive and exclusive scenarios.

Beatrice chose the signature of Flora Bridal and the Siren Of The Desert 2019 collection for an incredible dress with a soft line, with a delicate V-neck with precious lace embroidery.

Mattia wore an elegant three-piece blue suit with a cream-colored waistcoat, in harmony with the natural shades that defined the entire mood board.

After the ceremony that was held a few steps away from their house in the lovely Church of Marinella, we took advantage of the surroundings of the little square, perfect to steal some shots from the newlyweds.

Then, we followed them to an incredible vantage point, where the golden light of the sunset, the brown of the dusty road, the blue of the sea gave us an amazing scenario for another photo session.

Finally, we reached the rest of the guests at the Private Villa, set up with taste and creativity, giving life to small “photo sets” that both the guests and ourselves definitely appreciated.

Dinner was served by the pool, with a wonderful view of the coast.
