With a big passion for travels, Dara and Jason opted for an Autumn wedding on the Amalfi Coast at the elegant Belmond Hotel Caruso, in Ravello.

They met by chance at a music festival. After that meeting a first date and from then, they never left each other’s side. They have travelled so much, leaving a small part of their hearts in different areas of the world. Among these was Italy. They intended to imbue their sense of adventure in the people most dear to them, opting for a destination wedding on the Amalfi coast and choosing one of the most beautiful times of the year.
The wonder of Autumn for a wedding on the Amalfi Coast
The Amalfi Coast, like all of Italy, boasts an enviable climate for the rest of the world. Winters are mild, summers perfect for days at the beach and evenings in the moonlight, spring is a show of flowering plants, autumn is an explosion of loaded and romantic colours.
Dara and Jason chose the beginning of October to give their loved ones the most unforgettable and elegant wedding in Ravello.

The ceremony took place at the gardens of the Principessa di Piemonte, the most visited scenic gardens in Ravello, with a superlative view of the mountains and the coast, not without some unexpected rain… a light drizzle that meant the ceremony took place inside the town hall.

Than we reached the elegant and modern Caruso hotel, just a short walk from the centre of Ravello.
Dark blue and yellow inspiration for a perfect autumn wedding in Ravello
Autumn in Ravello is yellow, red and gold shades.
Dara and Jason have combined the shades of blue and yellow to enhance the magical nuances that dominate this wonderful season of the year.

Come on, we said at the beginning, Dara and Jason love to travel and have opted for a destination wedding on the Amalfi Coast to imbue everyone with this passion of theirs. It is in this way that the theme of the “journey” has served as a leitmotif for the entire styling of the event, starting with the wedding stationery created by Jenn Philips of Serif & Sans Design Co.: invitations with their reference to the passport, the placeholders are a kind of boarding pass and tables, each one is a country visited by Dana and Jason. All in shades of blue and gold.
The vivacity of the yellow, present in the bouquet of Dana and in the boutonniere and in the floral decorations of the tables. In a softer shade, yellow also dominated the choice of the bridesmaids’ dresses, by Jasmin Bridal.
By contrast, the best man wore navy blue , creating a harmonious and lively game of contrasts.
Jason wore a sober and timeless black tuxedo made by Rocky’s Custom Clothes.
For Dana, a dress by Allure Bridal, with a bodice worked with floral embroidery in relief and beads, combined with a wide tulle skirt. Follie Strass by Christian Louboutin, made of pink net silk and laminated suede with sparkling glitter.

Huddled in white clouds.
After the ceremony we made our way to the reception being held at The Belmond Caruso Hotel, taking shots on the way in characteristic corners of Ravello.
This luxury hotel boasts one of the most impressive infinity pools, and here we had fun playing with the reflections of the white clouds , with the contrasting blue of the pool waters which gave us several striking portraits of Dana and Jason.
