Hidden away within secret gardens in Sorrento, you’ll stumble upon Villa Zagara, a historical villa that exudes endless romance. Offering its guests an unforgettable location, impeccable service and exquisite cuisine, it really is one of Sorrento’s most sought-after wedding venues. After their first visit to explore this setting, Simone and Bianca quickly fell head over heels for its medley of backdrops and knew it would be the perfect place to begin their happily ever after. As a luxury wedding photographer in Italy, I just knew their day was going to be utterly divine and I can safely say, it did not disappoint.

The pair set the scene for their guests with bespoke lemon illustrated invitations by KP Graphic, offering a glimpse into their Sorrento celebration. They opted for an intimate outdoor ceremony, making the most of the manicured grounds of Villa Zagara, with the stunning fountain delicately trickling as they exchanged their vows. Bridesmaids made their way down the aisle in mismatching dusty blue gowns, while the bride turned heads in a breath-taking bridal gown with embroidered lace sleeves. Bianca’s make-up was done by Martina Lupacchio Make-Up, while her hair was styled to perfection by Anna Ciampa Hair Stylist.

After Simone and Bianca had made it official, they made their way into the gardens of Villa Zagara, mingling with their loved ones and sipping on champagne in the Italian sunshine. Their wedding dinner was hosted under the large white gazebo, where the ceiling beams were carefully entwined with foliage by Maria Starace Flower Designer, as well as festoon lighting that provided a warm and atmospheric glow. Blush pink and deep violet florals adorned the columns of the gazebo, adding a flowery touch to their reception space.

As the sun set and the evening drew in, Bianca did a quick outfit change and wore a chic feathered mini dress that was a gorgeous choice for a night of partying. The newlyweds wanted to make the most of their time with their friends and family, hosting an epic pool party at Villa Zagara the day after the wedding. Simone and Bianca spoilt their guests with fresh pasta dishes, salads and plenty of wine – essential, of course. Fabio Vuotto DJ was on hand to maintain the party vibes as everyone dived into the pool, extending the celebrations beyond their wedding day.
