Emily and Jonathan dreamed of a wedding location adorned with expansive mountains and splendid ocean views. This led the lovely couple to Italy, making their way along the enchanting Amalfi Coast the romantic town of Positano allured them. The happy couple chose Villa Oliviero as their Positano wedding venue, a place that immerses you in its awe-inspiring serenity and grandeur. We at Gianni Di Natale Photographers had the privilege of documenting the delightful experience. The bride awoke the morning of her Positano wedding to rays of golden sunshine dancing throughout Villa Oliviero, illuminating the beautiful bride-to-be. Emily slipped into her exquisite dress, delicately adorned with ethereal sage floral detailing. Her swooping silhouette meticulously crafted by designer Monique L Huillier, personified sheer luxury. Her look was radiantly finished with soft and glowing hair and makeup by the exceptional team at Alessandro Mancino Studios.

Jonathan, the groom, got ready to marry his true love wearing a formal jacket in a soothing navy. Dark lapels matched his black bow tie, beneath which our groom showed his personality with a playful subtle paisley patterned shirt. I captured some shots of the groom looking out at Positano, entranced by the view’s tranquillity a vision of sublime relaxation before he headed to greet his guests. 

The couple’s ceremony was held on the Villa Oliviero impressive terrace where planner Alice Oliviero lovingly checked every detail was in place. Thousands of white rose petals unfold to form a luxurious aisle, the delicate fragrance of fresh blooms surrounded the perfect pair. They said their vows between symmetrical floral urns overflowing with cascading white and peach roses and a backdrop of unmatched coastal panoramas. I captured the newlywed’s first kiss, as the cheers of the couple’s friends and family echoed throughout Positano, radiating joy. 

As the guests headed to the drink’s reception, I seized a moment alone with the couple. We took some time to explore Positano capturing their love story against the architecture and the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. Wedding photos will act forevermore as a portal to transport them back to the opulent surroundings of their Positano wedding. 

The glowing couple rejoined their guests to dine under enchanting wisteria flowing from above. Below an elegant tablescape had been created, with floating candlelight illuminating the picturesque floral posies pleasingly nestled among the whimsical garden setting. The speeches immortalised the lifetime love that was shared between Emily and Jonathan. Tears of irreplaceable love evoked gasps of admiration from their friends and family. As the sun set the awe of its splendour was quickly replaced with a blanket of stars. It was a pleasure to witness the couple’s beloved union, a love story woven into the Positano landscape.
