Hovering high above shimmering azure ocean vistas, against a breath-taking backdrop of the Amalfi Coasts’ immense landscape of towering mountains and romantic olive groves, it is no wonder Samantha & Omar choose Ravello as the setting for their Amalfi Coast Wedding. On the morning of their enchanting Ravello wedding, there was an atmosphere of excitement around Villa Eva as Love Story Italy checked every detail of their day. The bridesmaids, dressed in understated neutral hues, radiated joy as Samantha stepped into her A-Line Liri gown with a sweetheart neckline, the bodice embordered with whimsical lace. The elegant look was completed with a half up half-down hair style with bouncy curls from Alessandro Mancino and soft bridal makeup from the brilliant Zoe Graham.  

The groom looked suave in a linen neutral-tone tux with a brown tie and shoes complimenting the bohemian spirit of the day. A rose buttonhole with touches of eucalyptus and Pampas grass shoots brought a touch of whimsy to the groom’s sophisticated look. 

Samantha made her way to their ceremony nestled among the enchanting gardens of Villa Eva. The atmosphere was electric as Omar awaited his bride beneath an exquisite broken arch of lush caramel and dark red roses, intertwined with abundant grasses adding tantalising texture and free-spirited flair by Amalfi Coast Florist. Samantha glided down the aisle with a bouquet of blush roses and cascading eucalyptus, she exuded an air of refined bohemian luxury. Delight sored through the couple’s friends and family as they said, “I Do” 

As the guests enjoyed cocktails, I whisked the couple away, documenting those all-important solo shots in the radiant Amalfi sunshine. I took advantage of the sheer beauty of the location, photographing the couple in front of the never-ending turquoise waters and the soft hues of the opulent horizon that Ravello has to offer. The happiness of the couple reflected in the shimmering waters below, moments captured to help them relive their beautiful Ravello wedding day forever more.  

When the happy couple re-joined their guests, I captured their energetic and joyous entrance as they danced to their table. The guests were treated to the very best alfresco Italian fine dining; the impressive stage set Amalfi Coast Florists tablescape of earth tone tapered candles elevated by golden candle holders, floral bowls showcasing dainty romantic versions of the couple’s impressive floral arches now framing the couple as their family offered up emotional, heartfelt speeches. 

As the night drew in, Villa Eva transformed under Ravello’s star-lit sky. The magical gardens transformed into their own shimmering wonderland. Thousands of twinkling lights lit the dance floor with a soft romantic glow as Samantha & Omar twirled in their first dance. Cheek to Cheek Duo invited their loved ones to join them, I captured the delight on everyone’s faces as the party continued below the Amalfi Coast’s celestial blanket.
