The couple held their welcome party at Il Riccio, an exclusive beach club that clings to the Capri cliffs above the vast azure ocean. I captured the couple as they made their way to the venue, documenting every cherished moment as it unfolded. They seemed to glide together, both in white, floating along, the picture of happiness. Stepping out onto Il Riccio’s stylish terrace, the joy was clear to see on their faces, creating an electric atmosphere mirrored masterfully by the venue’s vibrant pops of coral and blue décor. 

Their Capri wedding day was held at the luxurious Capri Palace . Heida and her bridesmaids gathered together, full of excitement in their lavish suite as the bride stepped into her flowing A-line dress. The Italian sunlight reflected gracefully in the delicate hand sewn beaded detailing. The bride’s relaxed loose curls stroked her shoulders, perfectly complementing her wedding attire. Her look was flawlessly finished with natural and glowing makeup by the talented team at Beauty Livery. 

As the groom made his way to the ceremony, I took the opportunity to capture some iconic solo shots. Gunnar looked dashing in a stylish white tuxedo jacket. Sleek, black accessories and a bow tie added those all-important finishing touches to his wedding day look.

Their reception was held at the highest point in the Capri Palace . Every detail thoughtfully considered by the Capri My Day Wedding Planners . As a luxury wedding photographer, I was spoilt for choice with the immersive vista taking in the luminous ocean ahead and peaceful countryside behind.

Only the skill of Capri Blossom could command our attention in such a setting. The aisle overflowed with majestic white blooms, culminating in an arch of classic roses and sumptuous green foliage undulating together, effortlessly directing our focus towards where the couple’s vows were held. Emotion rippled through their closest family and friends as the couple officially said ‘I do’. 

As everyone headed to the drinks reception, I stole a few precious moments with the couple. This included private moments as they were chauffeured along the coast’s extensive panorama in a red vintage wedding car. Moments just for them from then until forever – where infinity feels like home.

The couple re-joined their guests for an evening of surprises, touching speeches and colourful traditional dancers, before the guests all rose in unison and began to dance as the DJ played songs reflecting the passion and fun of the radiant couple.
